Pick up Policy
Make sure you have paid the deposit.
In order to guarantee your pick up day, please make sure you have paid the deposit in the required time, so that your pick up day/time is booked in safely.
Pay the remaining balance in full before pick up.
Please make sure you have paid the outstanding balance in full before arriving at the pick up location. If the balance has not been paid, your baked treat fill not be handed over to you until this has been done. Every cake takes time to plan, bake and decorate and is made with love so please help me keep doing that by paying in time.
Have the right form of transportation ready.
Due to the nature of cakes, cupcakes and other threats please be advised that it’s best to transport these in a cool car (possibly with the AC on in warm weather) on a flat surface. I recommend having a non slip mat or surface in your car for having that extra bit of security when going around corners.
Motorbikes, Bicycles and push chairs are not a recommended form of cake transportation.
Get to the pick up address.
The address for picking up your cake will be shared with you on your invoice together will a description on how to get there. Typing in the right postcode and address in your GPS system will help you arrive to the right place. If for any reason you are not able to find it, please let me know and I will be able to direct you.
Please pick up your order on time.
Please make sure you pick up your order on time and in your pre-arranged time slot. Delayed pick up times potentially result in a delayed schedule and would be unfair to other customers. If you come earlier than your arranged time slot your order might not be ready yet for collection, due to every order being made fresh, and would result in waiting time for you.
Keep it refrigerated.
For best results keep your treat in your refrigerator until the day you are planning on consuming it. For the best taste please take it out the refrigerator 1-2 hours before you are planning on eating it.
Once you have cut your cake, you can keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. We recommend covering the exposed ends with cling film or parchment paper to prevent drying out.
